Funktastic Wint
i know that online it says emeralds are herbivores but ive clearly seen mine eat mysis shrimp. in a smaller pico i hafta actually feed the crabs and cant let them scavenge for fish food leftovers anymore. since there is no fish. what sort of food should i feed an emerald or strawberry crab? anything out there that they particularly are fond of? thanks in advance. packaged pellets or something would be easy. idk tho ive never fed my tanks anything that wasnt frozen or alive so i dont have much experience there. sublunary
Emeralds, like most crabs, are omnivores. They'll eat pretty much anything. Algae sheets/wafers, frozen mysis or brine, pellets, whatever. So long as your crabs aren't abnormally picky, you'll probably be ok with whatever you have on hand. And here's an old thread to back me up: http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/lofiversio...hp/t181198.html Link to comment
