c-stone
So I was doing a water change tonight and I noticed this stuff growing all over the sump in my 28G Nano. I am running Floss/Cheato/Chemi Pure Elite in the filter chamber. Parameters have been stable for the last three months. Temp: 80F Salinity: 1.025 Alkalinity: 8.3 PH: 8.2 Calcium: 446 Mag: 1400 Ammonia: 0ppm Nitrite: 0ppm Nitrate: 0ppm Phosphate: 0ppm The stuff looks almost sponge like. It is growing in all four chambers on the glass, floors, and walls. It's white and kind of fuzzy looking. On a side note I noticed a new white snail or slug in the tank today feeding off the rocks. Could they be related? Any help always appreciated! ... Link to comment
Euphyllia
I believe those are some sort of sponge. I have those in the filter chambers of my RSM 130. I don't know much about them, maybe somebody wants to chime in who knows more than me. EDIT: Those look like white pineapples... maybe Spongebob is inside? Link to comment
