Moonlit Femme Posted February 4, 2011 Author Share Posted February 4, 2011 Thank you, Reef Goddess. I further researched and it's a Hydnophora Grandis or Endive Hydnophora. It's no wonder this coral pops one heck of sting. Since it's a beg frag for a new tank, I'm going to have to keep this in mind as she grows. My son has the mother colony and it barely touched a Birds Nest and killed the whole thing. It really is a beautiful coral though and the pic didn't capture the true green of this coral. The tentacles are incredible bc they're so long. ednangel, will be glad to do that. Link to comment
