Mustang Boy Posted February 3, 2011 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Tampa Bay Reef Club Annual Frag Swap Location: Carpenter's Run Club House @ 1735 Carpenters Run Blvd Lutz, Florida 33559Date: April 3rd from 9:00-5:00. Selling Information: The cost for a table is $35 for 75 frags or less. $75 for any amount over 75. Tables are limited so please sign up now if interested. People may split tables and share the cost. If you are renting a table please let us know if you are bringing a tank with you. If you are, make sure you bring whatever extension cords needed for your setup. We have plenty of outlets available and we will have tape to lay over the cords. If you are a vendor at the swap, please arrive at between 8-8:30 to set up. You can use the PayPal button on Tampabayreefclub.org for payment of a table or for admission. Admission : TBRC members-FREE Other club's members-$3No affiliation-$5Kids 12 and under-FREE Lunch will be available for a small fee, so nobody will go hungry. Will have free coffee and doughnuts for breakfast. Hopefully Beth from Seahorse Corral with her beautiful seahorses, Frank from Eco Aquatics with food for our corals and fish, and Dave and Amanda from Next Reef will be there. We will also have a 50/50 draw that Justin will be in charge of and a raffle that I hope will be bigger and better than last year! Make sure you buy lots of tickets. You need not be present to win just make sure you have your name and phone number on the ticket. We will probably start drawing tickets around 4:00. If you would like to volunteer to help out that day please let a board member know. Russ and Jose will be out there collecting membership dues! Come on out and sign up with the best club around! The Tampa Bay Reef Club. Come on out and join us. We are sure to have a lot of fun. There is a playground there where the kids can play while you shop for frags. We hope to see everybody there!
