New sump and Break-in Deltec 300

Dear all,

 

I have a new sump (with a new overflow, a new pump but old skimmer) and now my deltec 300 is not working. It is not working since 8 days... Is normal a so long break-in after installation of a new sump?

 

I have a 20 gal tank with two clownfishes, two shrimp (wurdemanny), an hermit crab (laevimanus), two turbo snails and corals (LPS, SPS and soft).
