Pic of you at 6 yrs old.

I'd Like To See That.

Ask and you shall receive.

(I have no idea what a 6 year old looks like, so I'm just guessing I'm pretty close to that age in this pic).

I'm going to miss your tank. I couldn't sleep, I kept thinking of all your livestock, those beautiful feather dusters and micro stars. :(Jose the blenny. The yellow clown. Your gobies. :(
I can tell you how to fix your sadness. :)

It is a beautiful tank I like how the livestock was free to grow. Wish I could just leave my tank alone and keep my hands out of it.

I am going to read your entire thread again in your tanks honor. :)

Sniff, I would have taken this cutie, and the YCG. The clam, some zoa rocks. :(

At the rate this thing is going... This breakdown may last another day. Really sucks, because this is going to totally eff my school week...

Just liquidated my entire fish and coral collection for about my average "Mr Coral" purchase. Oh, how that hurts. But, on the plus side, I did give away a bunch of coral to some good people (and donated some to my high school) so I'm feeling pretty good about my kharma tonight. At least I have that, right? Haha.

Sadly, there are a few MIAs. All green clown gobies are lost. All yashas and their pistols are missing. Pipefish is missing, though the front of the sump where he lives is still active with pumps and everything, so I think he'll be okay.

Back is killing me from standing all day, and I'm running out of steam. Must eat, shower, and go to bed. Way behind in school work now. House is going to be left stinking with dying and dead coraline, caulerpa and palys. These memories will stick with me pretty hardcore if I ever end up in the financial position to ever consider starting a new tank.

kgoldy out.

Horrible loss, Hopefully you don't suffer other consequences as in 'school work' loss as well.

I suck at pricing things. Always way too high or obnoxiously low.

How are your floors coming along? Were you able to set them back in with a dehumidifier?

  • 2 weeks later...

Tried to pm you about the battery back up but your in box is full, how old is it?

The ecotech battery, or the full system battery? I can check the dates when I go home.

Inbox emptied. I let my premium membership expire, being that I don't have a tank anymore... so, I had to delete convos dating back to my 2011 days as a total noob. Sad, sad.

I haven't been able to get at the floors yet. I just fought some horrible illness that I assume was the flu, so between that, running around like a maniac preparing for veterans day, and school... I've been super busy. I can be sure that the floor is as dry as ever due to the hair dryers that I had blasting under the cabinet for days. Whatever damage was done won't be likely to grow any worse before I can get to the floors during one of my upcoming holiday breaks.

Oh, and there's one other thing that's been keeping me busy... Kind of a big deal, at least, I hope it will be. I'm working on lobbying congress (I'm in the very early stages) to protect the benefits of the tens of thousands of veterans who have been "administratively removed" from the service since 2001. So in addition to my full-time status as a student, I'm also writing legislative briefs and doing tons of research in preparation for a full scale lobbying effort which will take place over the next year or so. Big things going on over in kgoldy's world right now.
