Ok so i have a six month old 29 gallon tank. Lately i have been having phospahte and nitrate problems which have cause my tank to grow hair algae and some dictoya. I recently purchased a phosban reactor and set it up. But now i need to know how to get my nitrates down to 0. Any suggestions? oh and BTW y lighting is TEK 4x24 with 6 month old ATI bulbs, and my filtration is a fluval 205.

Im a relative newbie but GFO will take care of the PO4 and water changes will get the nitrates down. You may half to do 10% a couple times a week. I put a GFO reactor on my 34G Solana, but I have been told that you can put it in a bag and let the water run over it. Hope this helps.
