I have seen a few different scapes and i want to get your opinions on this subject.

Should i use an eggcreat under the LR in my biocube 14? I have seen many people use them and many just stack the rocks on the bottom or against the back.

What do you guys think would be best?

Some people use it to support live rock, especially if the sand is deep. With nano sand beds, it is usually not necessary. Putting egg crate on the entire bottom doesn't have a significant benefit and may restrict water flow in the sand.

Use egg-crate in a biocube or a nano tank is not necessary in my opnion. Egg-crate is used for weigth distribution, in a tank that size you don't have that problem..

Couldn't tell you, I have no clue what your desired outcome is. If you want a suspended overhang, you'll likely need it for base support, with your rock tied to it. If not, you probably won't need it.

I agree with the general consensus that you do not need it at all.

Don't use it IMO.
