?? i would love to help but we need more info. what kind of bulb is it?? straight 4 pin square 4 pin or is it a tube bulb thats a t5 t8 t12?

no it dont come with a plug you have to wire it yourself... what exactly are you trying to do??? and find me a picture of what your light bulb looks like.

You'd want a reflector for that bulb too.

 

Would a PAR30 bulb work for your application instead?
