What is the best enclosed 2-5g tank?

A friend of mine wants to set up a tiny tank and I told him I'd help him get it going...Only thing is, I'm not to familiar with pico sized tanks themselves.

 

Can someone fill me in on the latest/greatest/most economical options?

look up picoaquariums.com he has great stuff and you can get lids and stuff for them if you want. they are a little pricey but you definattly get what you pay for if not more
