awpong
Hard to tell from the picture. Perhaps a peanut worm? Link to comment
beyondcomp251
i wish i could that was def the best i could get it pretty down in the cave of liverock. It def has a warm like look and texture to it. It pokes around from that one crevice and if I touch him he'll retract back for a few seconds. After looking at a few pics im going to have to agree that its a peanut worm. Just surprising as my tank has been established for years and never saw him. Guess thats the beauty of reef tanks..always surprises Link to comment
Vyker
Could very well be a peanut worm. They usually have a striped white and black body, and they have a mouth that has little white protrusions like tentacles, but very short. You can tell if it is a peanut worm by seeing if it unrolls itself kind of like turning the fingers of a glove inside out. They only come out about 2 hours in the day as best I can tell, so it doesn't surprise me that you haven't seen it before, especially if you only have one. Took me a month and a half to find my first, and I have like half a dozen. Link to comment
