Aqua medic t5's

Have an option to pick up a 36" aquamedic t5 fixture with 4 brand new bulbs for $200. Tried to find some information about them and to see if anyone was using them but couldn't find any concrete evidence of their quality. I know the fixture itself without bulbs on marinedepot is $349 but there is only one review.

Would this light work over a 40 breeder to keep any coral I wanted? Or would I be better off spending my money elsewhere. Also it doesn't say if they are t5 or t5ho. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

Am I missing something. The link has a description 36" 4x39W, but the image has 8 bulbs...
 Yeah, they just use the same image for all of their T5 fixtures.

There are T5 bulbs that are normal output. I assume that the 36" 39W bulbs are HO and the 21W bulbs are NO, but I don't really know for sure. I don't believe that I've seen T5NO fixtures for sale as aquarium lighting.

Yep they're HO, picked up the fixture today. Only gripe which I read about was the cramped lights but at least the reflectors are contoured. Came with a hinge type mount for the tank which looks pretty cool. Can't wait to get the 40 breeder up and running!
