where to get cheap 3watt leds in the USA

Per my estimate those have about 25% less lumens at 700 mA compared to Cree XR-E Q5. And not sure if you can drive them at 1000mA to get even more light.

You can get both from Satistronics, but they are definitely Chinese shipping. However they may have a UPS option, and if they do, it will be here nearly as quick as it would have if it were shipped in the USA.

 

$10 for 5 isn't bad. Expect their whites to have a greenish tint to them but the blues are nice.
