tigerslacrosse4
Hi everyone I'm new to the nano forums I've had a nano reef for about a year now and I would like to plumb a sump into my system. My tank is only 10 gallons so I need an idea with space in mind I dont want to lose a whole bunch of room to the overflow. anyone have something small in mind? Tank details 10 gallon Aqua clear 20 HOB filter current Sundial 4 bulb t5 K Nano for flow and for Livestock a yellow watchman goby and a tiger pistol shrimp as well as some mixed types of corals. bitts
look up glass holes on google to get the actual web site. it gets $%#%^& if you type it in correctly. they have a pretty good rep. the other option would be a simple corner overflow. those would be the way if you drill it. safer. the other is to do a hang on the back siphon based overflow. less safe. tigerslacrosse4
I've been reefing for a while and learned through countless forum posts not to use the overflow box I came up with a plan its a kiddie corner design with just the top corner drilled I may do two holes to tie the return in nice but at the same time I feel like I can get by with hang on return and it will look just as good. look up glass holes on google to get the actual web site. it gets $%#%^& if you type it in correctly. they have a pretty good rep. the other option would be a simple corner overflow. those would be the way if you drill it. safer. the other is to do a hang on the back siphon based overflow. less safe.
