Percula or Occelaris?

This was sold to me as a Percula. The low price ($12) and the thin bands lead me to believe this is an Ocellaris. Any thoughts?

 

Oh, and this picture does no justice for it's coloring. The body is a vibrant orange, compared to my baby occ which has a pale orange body.

That's a False Perc, aka, Ocellaris clownfish.

 

The true percs have a thick black connected band
