macro tank

so i'm finally setting up my 7.5g cube again, set up will be simple- 240gph kNano, 25w stealth heater, 70w k2 viper..i think i'll get 8#s live rock (from experience, the rock from my lfs seems to be completely cured, no smell and has been sitting in the bucket for over 4 months) and i've already got 10#s live sand

i'm planning on having this a macro dominant tank (with some softies)..i'm thinking of seagrass (really intrigued by this lately!), probably some money algae, caulerpa, fire fern and some flame algae

first off, do any of these have any special needs? the real question is how long should i wait before i introduce these alga? what kind of CUC would you guys put in there also? i'm thinking i'll just put a perc in there, maybe a pair of peppermints as well? since its a macro, i imagine i won't need chemipure or anything, right?

thanks guys!

that sucks:( how long should i wait before i add the macros in? recommended CUC?

The macros won't really be affected by any cycle, and will actually moderate it to a certain extent. Add them as soon as you want. As for a CUC, the normal compliment of nassarius, astrea and blue leg hermits would be fine, none will harm the macros.
