jakeottoson8
Hey guys. 2 diff things in my tank: 1.) are these snail eggs? Snail poop? or what? No fish in my tank. Only coral and CUC. My only fish(clownfish perc) died from ich a few days ago and the tank is sittin' fallow. This appeared this morning when I woke. 2.) Are these zoas or aiptasia? They close up into the little bubble tip like things like my zoas do. When I bought the piece of LR there was one on it(that biggest one) and now theres probably 6/7 heads in a matter of a month. Not even feeding it. Thanks for all help. Link to comment
revaltion131
The first looks like snail eggs and the second does look like some kind of palythoa. Link to comment
jakeottoson8
Should I remove either? I've got plenty of snails thanks to john and never heard of palythoa.. I'll do research... Link to comment
LostinWater
first one, no clue. Does it move or just stay in one place? Second one looks like a brown zoas. Doesn't look like aiptasia for sure. That looks completely different and if you start to see them, you'll know the difference real quick. Link to comment
