Fluval edge lighting / filter

just got a fluval Edge today. im looking for led lighting that i can keep some corals with. looking to keep the edge looking stock.

 

also is the filter that the edge came with good or does anything else fit in the back?

I found the filter ok just change out the sponge etc for carbon and purigen. Have a look at this for info http://www.coralmagazine-us.com/content/reefing-edge-week-4
