Red Slime? or Coraline?

I've had this algea slowly starting to spread over my sandbed. I thought it was coraline algea, but I wanted to get some opinions. It doesn't look 'slimy' it almost 'clumps' together with the sand like wet cat liter when I scoop it up. Any ideas on how i can get rid of it?

that is cyano algae. your going to want to up flow in your tank, to kill dead spots. and cut back on nutrients.

It looks like the stuff on the rocks is coraline and the algae on the sand is cyanobacteria.
