Worm explotion

Hi, i`m newbie in this hobby, only have my nano tank since 6 month. In the last week my tank have a explotion in grownth of two type of worm. One of them is the peacock and the other i don`t know, but is the typical white, slim, long worm of the sand, but in my tank this are green. I attached the pics.

 

The problem with these 2 worm is that limiting the growth of my Zoanthus stressed, keeping closer.

 

Do you know how i could limit the worn growth or elimination of them.
