Flatworms...Bad?

I read there are two tpes of flatworms and one is fine and one is bad. But I couldnt figure out which is which.

 

Anyway, I found one of these in my tank today:

Is it bad or good?

I know the red/rust colored ones are bad. I'm uncertain as to the status of the other type

neither, the white ones show up from time to time but dont do much at all.

 

The red ones also show up and can reproduce to plague proportions, but dont actively eat coral. There are records of them "smothering" corals by covering them and competing for light

Okay cool. It was a cute little thing. Actually thought it was a teenyy jellyfish till I realised he was sticking to the glass.
