looking for a light for the back of my jbj 28 to grow cheto in 1st stage

looking for a light to put on the back of my nano, or in the 1st stage of the filter compartmet that will be bright enough for the chaeto to grow. Im looking at the Ecoxotic 12.5 Inch Stunner 6 watt LED Strip but i dont know if that is powerful enough

Get an underwater light and it should grow chaeto really quick.
