kamikaze_fish
If you were building a bare bottom frag tank, what fish, cuc, macro algae etc would you put in, to help keep it clean and disease free? Link to comment
AdrianBryce
will it be stand alone or will it have a sump attached? Link to comment
Degener8
Snails only for algae control. possibly a wrasse or like fish for pest control should one happen to make it through dips and quarantine processes. Link to comment
kamikaze_fish
That's about what I was thinking. I'm not sure if I want to add a skunk cleaner shrimp and maybe an emerald crab or just leave those out unless I determine need them. Link to comment
jaygalindo
a six line wrasse is an awesome frag tank fish. Link to comment
AdrianBryce
+1 on the snails. I wouldn't put any crabs in a frag tank. they aren't necessary. +1 on the sixline too. if you wanted something calmer you could get a pink streaked wrasse, very similar to the sixline but mellow. As far as macro, I would just do the standard chaeto in the sump. Link to comment
