redfishsc
I have a 15" (roughly 13g) cube that I'd like to put something odd, showy, or otherwise weird in. I'm thinking something like a sargassum fish, or maybe a mantis. I do NOT want to dump insane amounts of money on it, but definitely looking for ideas. Suggest anything . Preferably coral compatible. This will be plumbed into my reef system (water volume 80g). The other tanks are a 25g and a 20g, and I have a 40g sump and a 29g refugium. Thus water quality isn't an issue. Lighting will be 5 Cree XRE royal blues and (for now) a cheapo daylight CF spiral (ie, "medium-low" light). Eventually I'll upgrade it 13 Crees (high light). Link to comment

I hate it. Freakin bully to the core and spends most of it's time frolicking in the rockwork where he can't be seen. Harlequin shrimp is a thought. I could keep a few CC stars in the fuge for munchies. theres a baby barracuda for sale at blue zoo aquatics its like 4 inches long . i considered buying it but it might eat my crab. I don't think I could put a baby barracuda in my 15" cube. I'm pretty sure there would be war with my green moray and Atlantic torpedo. Although I'm sure they'd all calm down once I add the bull shark . Link to comment

Mr. Microscope
I say consider spending a decent amount if it's something you like and is going to be your main focus. That being said, frog fish. There's also a new insanely neon pink type of goniopora out there if you think you can keep it alive. http://www.reefbuilders.com/wp-content/upl...ora-coral-1.jpg Link to comment
