Super sweet last FTS as well Lisa. This tank reminds me of your 5.5g Contest Tank a lil bit. I hope Monkey makes a repeat appearance tomorrow in WL. I was afraid he was gone for good. Weetabix7
clean your glass I know, I know. I did run the algae scraper magnet over it first, but I just think the coralline speckles add to the beautifully chaotic look. More pics for ya-- Xenia peeking out from behind the Macro Jungle Right Corner Left Corner Hermit Crab Anemone I never get tired of this veiw. It really is this bright in person. A Starfish, a Snail and a Chiton go into a bar..... Some Blue Ochtodes hitchiking on the Algae Mag Ever seen a Blue Lilypad before? Quote Link to comment
animalmaster6
I love the variety of life in there. Quote Link to comment
Weetabix7
New Stuff-- A tiny Encrusting Goniopora frag. I wasn't sure if this one would make it or not, but it was looking pretty happy last night. Bright Orange Mushroom Green Blasto Merletti These were all picked up at the local Frag Swap this last Saturday. I also added a couple of Zoa Frags to this tank, but haven't been able to get good pics of them yet. Quote Link to comment

Weetabix7
so when do i get some scroll algae? Ya want the Lilypad? I was gonna take that one to the Frag Swap to sell this last weekend, but saw a couple of strands of Cotton Candy Algae on there at the last min that I didn't have time to remove before heading out the door. I could just try to pick them off really good for you. I could also try to break off a piece of the Yellow Brown Macro next to the Electric Blue Scrolling Macro in the topdown shot. PM me if interested. Quote Link to comment

Weetabix7
I love the variety of life in there. Me too! I find all kinds of stuff around all kinds of corners and underneath bushes in here. I have a little Micro Porcelain Crab in here that hangs out upside down under one of the rocks, but I can't get a good shot of him. Quote Link to comment

hlander
Great idea for a tank! Any new pics of the fuge? Edited June 30, 2010 by hlander Quote Link to comment
Weetabix7
I'll try to get some pics up tonight. It's looking kinda jungly, which I suppose is appropriate. The Mud in the fuge seems to have organized itself into different layers too, kinda like strata. I'm doing a bunch of maintenance on the tank right now, cleaning it up and trying to get the Macros organized a little better, using fishing line to tie some in place, stuff like that. I'll try to get a whole bunch of pics up later tonight. Quote Link to comment

blizzardscout2
It is amazing how macros can color up an aquarium just as well as corals. Cool tank. Quote Link to comment
Weetabix7
Wow, thanks for all the nice commentary guys!! In all the work I'm doing rearranging and tying stuff down, I'm looking at it and going, "Hmm, I might have liked it better the way it was before." Ugh, hate when that happens! Ok, back to work, I'm gonna go try and fiddle with it some more. Knowing me it'll be kinda late before I get a new round of pics up, so feel free to check back tomorrow to see the new look.
