mixing WC water

Kind of a newbie question here... Is it ok to mix a 5 gallon bucket for 30 min, then leave it to use for later, without mixing again?

Assuming you are using a clean bucket and ro water, the mixed water can sit for an indefinate time. Though, I like to mix continuously just to keep it well aerated.
