I wouldn't use it.

If even 1 mm of material breaks off and makes it into the display, you risk infestation. I would stick with something less invasive, such as C. prolifera, C. serrulata or Chaetomorpha crassa.

yeah thats kinda what I was thinking. I am just overly excited to get the fuges' going and I need alge. I have none avaliable in my area and cant justify paying $30 to ship $10 worth of alge.

Thanks For you quick reply though !!

For you or from you ?

If from you, thats a deal. PM me with your info.

How much do I get for $15 ? I need enough for a center chamber fuge on a NC28 and for a 10-15 gal sump on my 40b Frag tank.

Evn a handfgull of cheato is enough it grows quickly.. your fuge will fill and you will be thinning it and reselling it before long..LOL

oh forgot to add.. I have purchased a bunch of corals from Mr.Fosi and it all came in perfect so dont worry he is truely a good egg to deal with.
