chefcody86 Posted February 10, 2010 Share Posted February 10, 2010 29 gallon with black hood 35+ Lbs live sand Rock bits of live rock 4 chromis 1 clown juvenile 1 angel fish hermits star fish two filters one bio filter one homeade skimmer a fluval 50 gph filter pump 250 watt heater Looking for some advice sense of this my 29 gallon has a 250 watt metal halide above it with a 18" 50/50 floresent. i have it mounted in the top and its intense shimmer effect is light becuase i have it about 2-3 inches from the surface. anyways my coral the one that i have in there a flat rock with some zoanthids on it they are staying closed. i feed the kents coral plankton and have the light on them all day and i bring them down with a 50/50 only to straight darkness at night i cant figure out why they wont open is my light to close or whats upp i figured they would be florishing with all the light and food are they getting light without opening are they satisfied too easy?? i have a wlamart regent pump with flow above it ordered the maxi jet sure flow mod today Comments Please Link to comment
