30g reef how many snails

hi guys ive had my reef for a while but latley the hermits are getting to big and knocking stuff round, ok so i have 6 trochus snails about 1 1/5 inches and theres a few more the same size at the shop i saw today. so my question is this enough or should i buy more? how many is approperiate for a 30g tank, how many and what size do you have? thanks
