redneckwannabe78
Ive had a jbj 24 set up for 5 months... My LFS gave me a Long black spiny Sea Urchin for 6 bucks usually sold for 20-30 bucks ... I thought ok.. But now I have NO coralline... He just never stops eating algae... Should I get rid of him? My kids love him they think hes cool.. Or Should I dose the tank with Purple Up/ or some kind of stuff to make more grow? Link to comment
johnmaloney
he will keep eating it, I wouldn't go crazy trying to grow it for him, if it comes it comes. Link to comment
masterbuilder
The answer to your question is.... do you want the urchin or the coraline. Link to comment
seabass
Coralline isn't necessary, your tank is fine without it. However, eventually, the urchin with outgrow that tank. I'd personally return it to the LFS (even if they are unwilling to give you store credit). Link to comment
