Nice tank, your going to need a better stand :P

Those TV tray stands are really strong. Made from hard wood

I've got a custom cabinet being made. Should be in next week

Digging the stand, ultimate access. I can't do woodwork for ######.

Thanks but I found a cabinetmaker to build it for me. The difference in price between him doing it or me was about $60 bucks.

I just spent my time on a concrete top that will go on it.

I still need to stain the doors (got them yesterday)

resin coat the inside of the cabinet

build a power strip

Thanks. I've put a lot of thought into this tank. I'm just trying to make it come together and not be in a hurry.

Here is a pic of the top. I gave it a chiseled type edge for a rustic feel. It still needs to dry more before I can seal it.

What do you think?

I almost have my stand completed. I still need to secure it to the wall and install the power strips.

That light is nice and blue. What are you running under it?

It's just a standard Current PC light w/dual actinic and dual daylight 96w each. Not what everyone is running but for 120 bucks it will work. Oh yea it has moonlights also

very nice.

Beautiful stand and top.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm pretty happy with it so far. I'm going for a stone/rock look on the top.

theoldman what about some updated pics of your tank in your thread?

Nice. What do you have for lights?

You were probably way too quick on adding those anemones... Just sayin.

Link to comment
actually he just said added 'Nems.

Yes I did add them. Yes it was soon. The only reason I got away with it was because all of my rock was cycled 6 week before it got to my tank. I never saw any cycle.
