I just received my first order from you this morning. I wanted to provide some feedback and this thread appears to be the best place to do so. From placing the order to receiving the livestock, everything was smooth and simple. The box was packed very nicely and contained acclimation and contact information. The anemone and clam were open in the shipping bags. The snails were active. The palys were closed but completed acclimation and dipping less than an hour ago and are starting to open already. Excellent customer service and great livestock. Thanks!
