jof
update: Brown algea starting to grow. And the nitrate is still to high. question: Does anyone use redseamax coral pro salt? On the bag is a list with the salinity. It says at a temperature of 25C you must have a salinity of 1.021 but here on nano-reef almost everyone has a salinity of 1.025. So which salinity is the best? SpankythePyro
what are the actual display dimensions? and can you tell if we can rip the crappy bulbs out and put in some nice reefgeek/ati bulbs? and are their individual reflectors? I wouldn't think so Link to comment
jof
The tank dimensions are 38 x 21 x 26.2” and i think the bulbs are redseamax-"size" bulbs. and there is just 1 reflector. The bulbs aren't that crappy they are much better than the rsm130 bulbs. they are much brighter. 3x 10000K 3x actinics Link to comment
SpankythePyro
ah well I wanted red bulbs due to the high strength of their spectrum... thats dimensions w/o the back compartments too right? Link to comment
