EDIT: during the summer, the hammer had 6 heads. now it has 11 Link to comment

Take it easy and get well! we think scuba diving weakened my lungs, then i over worked them cross country. it was right before a meet i felt it hurting really bad. according to my doctor, if i ran in that meet... well i may not be here typing this out :: Link to comment
