I'm sold on their look. I would def. buy some. Anyway to get these? Group buy or something? Can they be used with our 120V?

No, the electrons are square instead of round.

Some lights can run on 110V or 220V interchangeably, but if they only run on 220V, you can rig up a transformer to get the 220V....or run a 220V line like those for a stovetop.

I reached out to the owner of this great Pico Reef, and he e-mailed me back today. Here are some excerpts from his e-mail. :)

Well, I look the forum. The debate is hot! I'm very busy and unfornately I can't post regularly on the forum.

About my nano, it's real and very simple connected small tanks system, since july, 2007.

Maintenance

About 7L partial water exchange weekly.

Monthly coral trimming (Acroporas and xenias)

Tetra Marin food.

Today the system is OK, but It's not easy to maintenance. It had a lot of cianos and algaes in first six months.

Many fishs jumps out, some soft corals died... today the reef looks different. The tang is OK.

All the photos are taken in august, 2008.

No photoshop color retouch, hehehe.
