Clown Fish problem

So I have had my clown fish for about 3 months now. They were both small when I got them and the same size. Now I think one is changing into a female and has become very aggressive. The other clown is so stressed out. He stilll eats and hangs around but the female or what ever she is chases him around all day long. Will this stop or should I get rid of the mean one. I figured they are just trying to figure out who is more domint but I hope it stops soon.
