Bio-cube 29 gallon with stock hood and Metal Halides

I have a 29 gallon bio-cube with a Sunpod 150W Metal Halide fixture on top. I love the light and how it looks in the tank as well as the options I have with what I can keep. What I don't like is the big fixture sitting on top of the tank, I would prefer the same light in the stock bio-cube hood.

 

Ok, so now having said that what are my options...if any. If there is a retro kit I would rather buy that and sell my fixture versus tearing the fixture I have apart. Also, are there any threads to where someone has done this?

Unless you want to invest in a chiller stick with the Sunpod. Everything I've read about the MH in the hood creates heat issues. Nanotuners has a retro kit.
