ERIC COOK Posted November 27, 2001 Share Posted November 27, 2001 OK, set up my canopy with the stock 13 watt, 27 watt custom sea life pc and a 9 watt actinic pc that i recently purchased from Medik 13. I give him an A+ and recommend dealing with him. I'll have pictures soon. I removed the stock fixture and without cutting any wires, I cut the stock ballast and removed the two end terminals so everything was free of the plastic mounting. Next I removed both PC fixtures from the reflective cover. I then cut the reflective cover to sit on the inside of the canopy, I screwed the 9 watt then the stock light onto the stock mounting plastic, then on the other side the 27 watt PC was set in place. Everything fits smoothly and the tank now has great light. Im sure this is pretty hard to visualize, so im sure the pictures will help. Link to comment
