I have found about 5 of them in my tank.

Majano anemone. Not good.

im looking at pictures of majano anemone's, and they look a bit different than what I have. The tips are more rounded on majano's it appears.

That's why I'm second guessing.

 

Could be aiptasia but it looks a little different than that too.

This reminds me of a rock anemone that Argent had awhile back. I'll try to find a picture of it.

I have two of them nested in a colony of zoa's, but they do not seem to be affecting them, but they are definitely not a sight for sore eyes.

 

the other one's in the tank look exactly like the one pictured, but I can't really get a good photo of them because of their location in the tank.

I've seen aiptasia stretch out like that to get more light.

it's not a pest anemone! looks like a baby rock flower anemone.... they could have been in your rock for a while, when things aren't good they tend to shrink alot... let me know if you decide to get rid of them i really like them!

they do not seem to be bugging anything as of yet, but if they do and I decide to get rid of them, I will def. let you know.
