Dave51 Posted January 19, 2002 Share Posted January 19, 2002 A spray bar helps distribute the water evenly and where you want it to go. I have a spray bar on my mini 606. It is just a piece of pvc pipe, caped at one end and attached to your powerhead. Then you drill holes in it for the water to come out. I have it so some of the holes point upward for sufrace agiation, then I have more face down and towards the front of the tank for circulation. I like them better then just have one jet of water going foward, which would create dead spots. Link to comment
