You can try using a rubberband or some type of netting to attach them.

Or lay them on some small pieces of rock rubble/large grained sand and wait for them to attach, and after they attach to some pieces, glue that to a rock.

Even if they attach or are glued to a rock, they can detach themselves if they don't like where there at and go somewhere else.

You definately don't want to simply glue them to the rock, the super glue will damage the tissue. As ~_~ mentioned you need to first have them attach thmselves to a bit of rubble first, either by netting or by rubberbanding. It ususally only takes a few days for them to attach. I've had luck using a small tupperware cup filled with rubble, placing the shroom inside and netting the top so it is snug against the rubble. That way the shrooms can't float around. You could also do the reverse by placing the shroom on the rubble and using a small plastic cup with holes poked in it for water movement, and place that down over the top of the shroom to keep it in place.
