wow...just wow...many of these frang tanks are nicer than most folks' display tanks!

here's my humble, utilitarian 10 gallon setup:

Wow everyone's frag tank looks so clean, I just spent a lot of time cleaning mine but it's still pretty messy. I did find an almost dead but still alive dendro frag I had no idea I had though :)

48x18x8.25, lit with just one very old 250w mh and giant reflector. Mangrove fuge plumbed in and liverock in the sump. No skimmer because with then mangroves it won't produce (I have more then 100 in approximately 50g of water volume).

Frags on the left, fish QT on the right. No sump, HOB's on both sides. Rock is plastic so no absorption (and subsequent leeching) of copper. Bottom is painted white.

here is mine. 24x24x12. (30 gal) 150W HQI swingarm. open bottom stand, no substrate. (this is right after i set it up). Light shines directly thru the tank to the floor. wife hates it. lol. its connected into my main system via mag5 return pump. koralia 4, and MJ 1200 for flow.

I more so set this up as a quarantine tank, but eventually I'll be upgrading the lighting, flow, and plumbing it into a sump with an identical display tank next this one...

Tank is like 4-4.5 gallons, sold as a terrarium on clearance at Petco, added extra silicone to the seams.

2x Stock JBJ Picotope Filters, like 40 GPH each

2x Stock Picotope Lights, both 9w 50/50 pc's
