Aquapod 24 FAN issue

Hi

 

I got 2 new fans for my aquapod 24. On removing the cover, i see that there are only one set of pins on the board, so that only one fan can be installed.

 

So, i spliced the fan wires and attached both fans to the same power supply from the board, but there is a noticeable decrease in the air flow.

 

How can i add another fan to the canopy? The canopy has a space for another fan, but no way to get power for it.
