Reef Goddess Posted June 28, 2008 Posted June 28, 2008 It depends on the ph & the salinity of the water they came from and the same for your water. Its best to do a two hour drip accilmation when in doubt. Because if its too much for them they often get infections and disintegrate. One of my suppliers always carries these awesome red serpent stars but since they never acclimate them, they always die after a few days. Its such a waste. I cant find at all how long to acclimate my LFS says an hour. Is this sufficient?
