Pumping water back into tank, what pump!?

Hey everyone, I have an 18 gallon tall with a 5.5 gallon fuge below it in the stand. What pump do you reccomend that I use to pump water back into the tank from the fuge? I am ready to place an oder online and I just want to make sure I order the right one.

what type of overflow ar eyou using? is it drilled or not? what size down tube are you using? the flow rates depend alot on what your overflow is rated at. if you want a slow flow actual fuge id say use a mag 3 or something similar.
