Screw sending him to prison, why not just hang him. I mean after the poor guy gets pulled out of the river first of course. Think about it people, this guys whole world very well may have been lost in a a freakin flood and you all want crucify the poor sob because he hasn't responded to PMs and such. Sure he needs to make good on the deal, but come on give the guy a break. His house is floating in a river, I think he deserves it.
