When to add CUC?

I have a cycled aquapod 12g Nothing but LR/LS should I do a CUC first or add my first fish and start the building the reef first? How many do I get? I know that it is a combo of snail, hermit's etc.

Add the CUC first (to help deal with algae blooms). Some helpful info (not really on hermits):

scarlet hermits are your best hermit options to minimize aggression against snails and general value to the CUC.

cuc first then wait till the algea bloom that is coming finished and wait one more week then add fish slowly.
