airman_verde04
hey folks, I have a 3g marineland eclipse tank, its going to be my office tank, anyhoo, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a small 50/50 bulb for it? or do they even make them for it? has anyone made any mods to put Atinics because that stock single bulb isn't going to cut it when i actually use this tank. Get a coralife Mini aqualight. 18 watts total. Just rip out the stock lighting and bold it up on the plastic hood. I've had my tank running for a little while but just took it down yesterday. I didn't have time for it with the new 80 gallon. Link to comment

Like this: http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?...;utm_source=cse They are not the best choice though, an 18w retrofit would probably put out more light. Link to comment
airman_verde04
Just thought I would touch base on this light again, I'm rebuilding my custom 2g cube, and plan on useing these bulbs in it. I never actually had any fish or coral in the tank, so I just wanted to see if anyone who has used them had any issues with algae.. etc. etc. just though I would check.. thanks! Link to comment
