smoknta
I still pretty new to all this and need some help. I bought a head of frogspawn yesterday and noticed something on the end of it today. Any ideas what this might be? Thanks for the help. Link to comment

greeneyes
You can use Joe' Juice, lemon juice or hot water to kill it. Link to comment
smoknta
I think I might try hot water tonight. Will it the frogspawn at all? Link to comment
matty0206
Only if it touches it! They do tend to irritate and sting corals! Link to comment
ddr_phish
Or you can get a tiny peppermint shrimp to eat it! Link to comment
smoknta
Well I hit it with some boiling water last night and it did not like that at all. I think it severely damaged it. I have not seen it yet. I'll keep an eye out for it, and may hit it again just to be safe. Link to comment

hazmat
Nah, it's an aiptasia.....for some reason every frogspawn I have bought comes with one! No extra charge. A Peppermint shrimp is a wise investment (besides they are really cheap!). I got one and it rid my tank of all my aiptasia in 2 days. Link to comment
smoknta
I think the boiling water definetly killed it, and the green algea, and some of the corrilene(SP?). Link to comment
wuldiba
def aiptasia, and i've had great success with joes juice Link to comment
