Is a 40W PC good enough for a 10 gallon tank?

Is this light enough for a 10 gallon tank with softies?

 

 

Current 40W (SmartPaq Lamp is a combo bulb comprised of 10,000K and 460nm Actinic. )

it all depends on what you want to stock. That's a good set up for softies

Coould go with a sunpod HQI 150W but that would overheat the tank.... But would that be too much? I can add a chiller...

I've got 96w of PC on a 1/2 10 gallon. Pretty much just an AGA 10 that was had it's height reduced by half. Works out to 4.2 gallons in the calculator. I'm only keeping softies and LPS in it for now but everything is doing wonderfully.
